Valley Creek Church opened its fourth campus, in Lewisville, Texas, the site of a reclaimed 60,000 square foot grocery store converted into an 850-seat worship space. Its distinctive façade features Hendrick’s perforated corrugated panels that serve as passive shading for the windows behind and ornamental contrast to the adjoining plaza.
Hendrick’s panels, made from .040" aluminum, provide over 4400 sq. ft of coverage and utilizes its exposed fastener system for mounting. Hendrick’s BWR360 profile features 7" ribs that form a panel depth of 1.5". While available perforation patterns are nearly endless, the specific pattern chosen here is 1/4" round holes on 5/16" staggered centers. The panels were finished with a PVDF resin based coating, in classic bronze.
