Dreamscape Modern developed The Art Colony with one thing in mind – to design a modern development that would not only be a great place to live, but would help to push the concepts and aesthetics of modern architecture into the realm of public art. Located in Houston, Texas, Phase 2 of The Art Colony consists of 3 luxury modern homes with some truly incredible extras.
Hendrick manufactured the westerly facing privacy screen that cuts down on the Texas heat during the day and lights up the night creating a jaw dropping illuminated lightscape. The pre-anodized aluminum panels contain 1/4" round perforations on 3/8" staggered centers. The horizontally installed panels include 7/8" waves throughout, also commonly referred to as Hendrick’s BWC374 corrugated profile. Spanning almost 90' wide and more than 24' tall, the screen mounts to the homes with Hendrick’s exposed fastener system and 24" mounting arms.
