Perforated Metal Cladding IMAGE-CLAD Panels
Bowling Green Municipal Utilities
Bowling Green Municipal Utilities (BGMU) needed to expand capacity and renovate their water treatment plant to meet the demands of the growing Kentucky community.
Hendrick Architectural, working with Smith Seckman Reid, Inc, delivered a specialized solution to incorporate perforated metal paneling into the renovation. IMAGE-CLAD panels along with H-CLAD LD sub-framing were not only chosen to provide protection to the façade, but also to add branding to the building in a unique way. The project design required very small holes and low open area, which can be challenging in .190-inch-thick panels. The team at Hendrick utilized its expertise to provide the custom panels with unmatched quality.
Finished with a Kynar® paint in an anodic clear color, the panels are protected from chemical spray, as well as sun exposure for years to come.
With increased capacity, BGMU is ready to provide critical infrastructure for the growing needs of their expanding communities.
Hendrick is pleased to work with municipalities and government teams to provide exceptional products for important community projects like the Bowling Green Water Treatment Plant.
